Naked MD in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Coordinator to orchestrate the patient experience and keep the studio running smoothly. You’ll prep trays, manage inventory, and ensure treatment rooms and back office meet a flawless standard, day after day.

You’ll support the front desk and concierge, check patients in and out, coordinate provider breaks, and help the team hit daily goals with reliability, integrity, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking are exact sciences.
• Ability to manage studio flow and schedule adherence.
• Support front desk and concierge as needed.
• Willingness to learn and grow in aesthetics.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals and schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including photos.
• Uphold patient dignity and exceptional care.
• Support the front desk and concierge as needed.
