Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays before use.
• Open and close the studio, conduct full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to high standards.
• Keep daily goals and studio flow aligned with the team.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to avoid delays.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain patient documentation, photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold patient dignity and provide exceptional care.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
