Job summary

Naked MD in Pasadena is seeking a detail-oriented Aesthetic Coordinator to support daily studio operations and patient flow.

You’ll prep and verify procedure trays, open/close the studio, maintain rooms, restock supplies, and coordinate provider breaks to keep the schedule running smoothly.

This full-time role requires calm, reliable teamwork, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Qualifications

• Calm, kind presence in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
• Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude.
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but willingness to learn counts for a lot here.
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays ahead of use.
• Open and close the studio and perform full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a high, immaculate standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and treatment records.
• Support front desk and concierge tasks as needed.
