Job summary

NAKED MD in Mission Viejo is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to ensure flawless patient experiences. You will prep trays, verify inventory, maintain treatment rooms, and support the front desk as needed.

You stay three steps ahead, keep schedules on track, and uphold patient dignity and care. Friday and Saturday availability is required; experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is a plus, but willingness to learn counts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the tray.
• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to a consistent standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
