Job summary

Responsibilities include applying lean tools, mentoring staff, coordinating with value stream managers, and ensuring non-conforming materials are handled promptly to minimize scrap.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; 5+ years in the field.
• Deep understanding of cellular manufacturing practices.
• Ability to teach manufacturing-based continuous improvement skills (standard work, 5S, material replenishment).
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement with lean tools and KPI reviews.
• Provide inputs for resource planning and budgeting.
• Partner with Value Stream Managers to align reporting and cross-functional goals.
• Identify and manage non-conforming materials to control scrap and quality.
• Oversee daily staffing and HR-aligned decisions to meet schedules.
• Develop, coach, and mentor employees to grow capability.
