Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience; 5+ years in the field or related area.
• Strong manufacturing continuous improvement knowledge (5S, standard work, replenishment).
• Proficient with MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team in a specified operations area (e.g., Metal Fabrication, Assembly, Test).
• Provide inputs for monthly/annual budgets (resource planning, overtime projections, productivity).
• Assist Value Stream Managers with monthly reporting to senior management.
• Review KPIs daily to evaluate status and drive root-cause problem solving (8 Step, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Ensure quality issues are identified through non-conforming materials process to control scrap/rework.
• Coordinate with other groups to ensure products are built, assembled, and tested within parameters.
• Allocate resources to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Make staffing decisions to grow the team and meet business needs.
