Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor team activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Execute the daily production plan by assigning tasks and confirming material availability.
• Escalate quality issues through the non-conforming materials process.
• Use basic lean tools (5S, standard work) to maintain workstation organization.
• Provide shift priorities and feedback to managers.
