Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply lean manufacturing tools to drive improvements and mentor teammates.
• Provide inputs for monthly and annual budgets (resource planning, overtime projections).
• Assist Value Stream Managers with monthly reporting to senior management.
• Review KPIs to drive daily problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely identification of quality issues using non-conforming materials processes.
