Zusammenfassung

Pratt & Whitney's MSEN team is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support part-level engineering ownership and CIPT execution. You will coordinate technical activities, manage risks, and support program goals for mechanical components while collaborating with engineering leadership, program management, suppliers, and customers.

Travel is less than 10% (Domestic and International), and this onsite role in East Hartford offers exposure to engine builds, validation, and testing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required and <2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across teams on programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reviews and presentations.

Aufgaben

• Own part-level engineering support for components such as bearings, seals, gears, and pumps, ensuring communication and execution meet requirements.
• Identify, manage, and resolve technical risks and issues with the IPT.
• Coordinate technical and program reviews for readiness and objective alignment.
• Support IPT budget, schedule, technical performance, and business metrics.
• Attend customer and senior management meetings and provide technical support for engine builds and testing.
