Zusammenfassung

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Adaptive Engines Mechanical Systems Product Owner / IPTL to join the MSEN team in East Hartford. You will own CIPT scope, lead planning and execution, and collaborate with engineering management, program teams, suppliers, and customers to meet program goals.

The role requires strong customer focus, technical proficiency, and experience across design, manufacturing, development, and validation with Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Military, Logistics, Aerospace, or Aviation.
• Willingness to obtain DoD security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Own part-level CIPT scope; plan, communicate, and manage execution.
• Lead Scrum Team to identify and close key technical risks.
• Lead Scrum Team through technical reviews; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage Scrum Team schedules, budgets, metrics, and CAM/EVM activities.
• Collaborate with customers, SIPTs, IPMTs, suppliers; support engine validation builds.
• Support cross-functional teams and communicate progress to leadership.
