Job summary

Incora is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead aerospace sales coverage and market development in the assigned region. You will develop opportunities, build customer relationships, and travel extensively to reach targets.

The role requires solid aerospace experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage CRM data while coordinating with internal teams to drive bookings and gross profit growth.

Qualifications

• Solid Aerospace experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Aerospace chemicals and MRO market preferred; BA/BS in Marketing, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
• Current contacts and working relationships within the aerospace/industrial market.
• Strong team player with a history of personal development.
• Business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proven sales experience with pro-activity and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales coverage and market development for aerospace in assigned region.
• Prospect, generate and qualify sales leads and develop customer relationships.
• Travel extensively to call on existing and prospective customers and maintain CRM data.
• Meet or exceed annual bookings and gross profit targets.
• Communicate status of customer activities and opportunities across Incora.
