Job summary

Incora is seeking a Business Development Manager (Chemical Component) to lead sales coverage and market development in the Aerospace sector. You will travel extensively to call on customers, collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales, and implement Incora sales initiatives to grow bookings and profitability.

You will maintain market intelligence, possess strong product knowledge, and build long-term customer relationships while ensuring alignment with business plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Solid aerospace experience essential.
• Knowledge of aerospace chemicals and MRO market preferred.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Engineering or Business preferred.
• Current contacts in aerospace/industrial market.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Proven sales experience with proactive and organized work style.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Detail oriented and research capable.
• Experience with chemical management services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales coverage and market development for Aerospace.
• Develop market for Incora products and services in assigned territory.
• Travel throughout the region to call on customers and solicit opportunities.
• Maintain CRM database and track opportunities.
• Visit customers with other Incora functions.
• Meet or exceed annual bookings and gross profit goals.
• Communicate status of activities within Incora.
• Attend sales meetings and training.
