Job summary

Incora is seeking a Business Development Manager (Chemical Component) to lead sales coverage in the Aerospace market. You will develop customer relationships, generate qualified leads, and travel to engage with existing and prospective customers.

You will maintain CRM records, communicate status across teams, and aim to meet annual bookings and gross profit targets while upholding Incora values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in Marketing, Engineering or Business.
• Solid Aerospace experience is essential.
• Knowledge of aerospace chemicals and MRO market preferred.
• Existing contacts within aerospace/industrial markets are advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales coverage and market development for the Aerospace market.
• Prospect, generate and develop qualified sales leads into customers.
• Travel within the assigned region to call on existing and prospect customers.
• Maintain the CRM database and report on sales activities and expenses.
• Meet or exceed annual bookings and gross profit targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with Incora accounts and maintain customer service focus.
