Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales of aerospace and defense components to segment customers across the territory.

You will build opportunities, defend and penetrate sales, partner with branches, and coordinate with field sales and suppliers. Requires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Industrial Distribution, and at least five years in electronics or defense markets; willingness to travel up to 50%, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with 5+ years in electronics preferred.
• Defense or aerospace market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to segment customers in the territory.
• Develop sales strategies with branches and generate leads.
• Provide technical sales support to field sales and segment customers.
• Coordinate training programs for targeted customers.
• Maintain relationships with branch managers and management.
• Travel up to 50%, including international travel.
