Job summary

TTI, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to lead selling of products and services within designated segment customers and territory. You will create sales opportunities, defend and penetrate sales, and build influential relationships to win orders and achieve sales objectives.

HQ in Fort Worth, TX; a Berkshire Hathaway company with 100+ locations. The role involves collaboration with branches, training, and extensive travel up to 50% (including international).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronics preferred.
• Experience working in or with the defense or commercial aerospace market is also preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies and calling on segment customers to win orders.
• Serve as a resource and technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers and Segment customers.
• Coordinate and resolve key segment issues and respond to customer technical questions.
• Attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers and internal meetings to understand opportunities.
