Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components to segment customers within the assigned territory.

You will collaborate with branches to create sales strategies, develop leads, and secure orders while serving as a technical sales resource for Field Sales and customers. A strong background in electronics and aerospace markets is preferred, with up to 50% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronics preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in or with defense or commercial aerospace market preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (including international travel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of company products and services to segment customers in the territory.
• Develop sales strategies with branches, generate leads, and win orders to meet sales objectives.
• Provide resource and technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers, and segment customers.
