Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales of our passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components within the assigned territory.

You will work with branch teams to create sales strategies, develop customer leads, and win orders while providing technical sales support. The role requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 50% (including international travel).

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in electronics sales or related field preferred.
• Experience working with defense or aerospace markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
