Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales of its passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components within the assigned territory.

You will build influential relationships with segment customers and drive orders by coordinating with branches and suppliers. Responsibilities include coordinating training, supporting field sales, and pursuing new business opportunities through shows, networking, and internal resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronics preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in or with the defense or commercial aerospace market is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies with branches and calling on segment customers to establish relationships and win orders.
• Serve as resource and technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers and Segment customers.
• Facilitate training programs in the territory to educate personnel on products for the Segment market.
