TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales of passive, connector and related components across designated segments.

The role focuses on creating opportunities, defending sales, and penetrating markets within the Poway, CA area, with a strong emphasis on building influential relationships and driving orders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in electronics, plus travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with 5+ years' electronics experience preferred.
• Experience in defense or aerospace sectors is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling of company products and services to segment customers in the territory.
• Develop sales strategies with branches to generate leads and win orders.
• Provide technical sales support to field sales, GMs and customers.
• Coordinate and resolve segment issues; respond to technical questions.
