The role leads complex pursuits from strategy through submission, coordinating with BD, operations, and executives to deliver compliant, visually engaging proposals. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in AEC proposal management, strong writing and project management skills, and experience with federal/state procurement.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, strategy, coordination, production, and delivery of proposals and related collateral.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules and compliance.
• Coordinate content collection from internal teams and partners.
• Edit, proofread, and format technical content for clarity and accuracy.
• Develop compelling visuals and ensure brand consistency.
