GAI Consultants seeks a Proposal Specialist / Marketing Specialist to lead transportation and infrastructure pursuits from kickoff through shortlist interview. Hybrid schedule, based out of Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia offices.

You will drive pursuits end to end strategy, narrative, and compliance, turning technical depth into persuasive content, while collaborating with engineers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal coordination, management, or AEC marketing.
