Job summary

GAI Consultants in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or West Virginia offers a hybrid role as Proposal Specialist / Marketing Specialist. You will own the full pursuit lifecycle, lead mid-sized pursuits, ensure RFP compliance, and craft compelling narratives.

Work closely with engineers and leadership to turn technical depth into persuasive content and manage the process end-to-end. You will also write, edit, and rehearse materials for shortlist interviews, develop staff resumes, and maintain the Deltek

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal coordination, proposal management, or AEC marketing
• Proven track record managing proposals to hard deadlines with multiple contributors
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal strategy, schedule, narrative, and compliance
• Write and edit narratives, executive summaries, project descriptions, and staff resumes
• Develop presentation materials for shortlist interviews and client meetings
• Maintain and improve Deltek Vantagepoint data accuracy
• Create and manage marketing collateral such as service briefs, project profiles, and award submissions
• Improve content libraries and boilerplate to cut turnaround times
