Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. seeks a Marketing Specialist to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team. The role focuses on coordinating pursuit processes, preparing proposals and LOIs, creating marketing collateral, and supporting business-development goals in collaboration with sector leaders and staff.

The ideal candidate has a passion for AEC pursuit success, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and a client-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in proposal coordination or as a proposal specialist.
• Associate or bachelor's degree with a focus in business, marketing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Participate in kick-off meetings, proposal task scheduling, review, production, and delivery activities.
• Follow through with assigned proposal tasks to meet critical deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to gather information and materials.
• Track proposal efforts and ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in writing marketing and technical content.
• Proofread for continuity and compliance with specs.
• Support presentation development, rehearsals, materials, and logistics.
• Maintain data in Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Assist marketing activities to support pursuit and business plans.
• Contribute to other programs and projects as identified.
