Job summary

Social Publication in Henderson is launching a monthly magazine about the people who live in Anthem and MacDonald Highlands. We’re hiring an Advertising Sales Executive to sign its first advertisers.

Your clients are the local businesses residents already support, and each advertiser you sign earns you recurring commissions as they run ads. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll keep up to 80% of monthly commissions with earnings ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 in year one and $150,000+ in

Description:

Henderson's Anthem and MacDonald Highlands neighborhoods are getting a new monthlymagazine about the people who live here. We need the person who signs its first advertisers.Your clients are the businesses your neighbors already use: the pool service, the pediatrician,the steakhouse for date night, the golf pro at DragonRidge. Each advertiser you sign earns youcommission every month they run.

Pay

Average first-year earnings are $65,000–$100,000, with the potential to earn $150,000+ in yeartwo. Actual earnings depend on sales performance.This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Earn recurring commissions of up to 80%,depending on monthly sales volume and performance relative to benchmark production andoperating costs. Those costs are not paid out of pocket by the contractor.

The work

Each day, you schedule three new meetings with local business owners and help the ones whofit choose an ad. You set your own hours.We've been publishing community magazines for over six years. We handle ad design, editorial,magazine design, printing, delivery and billing. You build the relationships.

You live in or near Henderson, and you like talking to people you haven't met yet. We lovepeople with sales experience. If you're newer to sales, our training and systems give you afoundation to build on. It starts with a three-day live training, and the coaching keeps going afteryou launch.
