Social Publication in Albuquerque's Northeast Heights is launching a new monthly magazine. We are seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to sign its first advertisers among local businesses—the roofer, the green chile spot, the orthodontist, and the realtor next door.

You’ll earn commissions as advertisers run, with flexible hours and support from a team that handles design, production, and billing. This is an independent contractor role (1099) with earnings potential that reflects performance,

Description:

Albuquerque's Northeast Heights is getting a new monthly magazine about the people who livehere. We need the person who signs its first advertisers.Your clients are the businesses your neighbors already use: the roofer everyone calls aftermonsoon season, the green chile spot with the line out the door, the orthodontist, the realtorwho sold half the street in High Desert. Each advertiser you sign earns you commission everymonth they run.

Pay

Average first-year earnings are $65,000-$100,000, with the potential to earn $150,000+ in yeartwo. Actual earnings depend on sales performance.This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Earn recurring commissions of up to 80%,depending on monthly sales volume and performance relative to benchmark production andoperating costs. Those costs are not paid out of pocket by the contractor.

The work

Each day, you schedule three new meetings with local business owners and help the ones whofit choose an ad. You set your own hours.We've been publishing community magazines for over six years. We handle ad design, editorial,magazine design, printing, delivery and billing. You build the relationships.

You live in or near the Northeast Heights, and you like talking to people you haven't met yet. Welove people with sales experience.
