Qualifications

• Support hiring, promotions, and performance feedback.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and ensure guest service standards.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader and optimize guest experience.
• Ensure compliant merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee inventory receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Help develop a high-performing team delivering strong guest experiences.
