Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric retail setting.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in directing daily assignments and staff priorities.
• Lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure policy adherence and guest experience.
• Support hiring decisions, performance feedback, and staff development.
• Drive sales performance through effective scheduling, forecasting, and training.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store safety, inventory, and loss prevention.
