Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help prepare vehicles for delivery, support vehicle logistics, and ensure a ready state for owners.

This entry‑point role offers hands‑on training through the TRAIL program and mentorship toward a Service Technician path. Participate in Rivian Learning Network modules and explore a dedicated pathway into a long‑term career within Rivian.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be willing to learn hands-on repair and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work with teammates and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle inventory processing, detailing, and charging to ensure delivery readiness.
• Support technicians with basic tasks and pre-delivery inspection under supervision.
• Participate in the TRAIL training program and Rivian Learning Network modules.
• Provide flexible, cross-functional support to other areas as needed.
