Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team. You will support vehicle processing, site operations, and training to keep Rivian vehicles ready for adventures. This entry-level path offers hands-on learning and a development track toward Service Technician roles.

As a frontline contributor during peak periods, you will engage in learning across three areas and gain mentorship to advance within Rivian’s service organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute across vehicle & site operations, service production support and training.
• Assist with vehicle processing, basic repairs, and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network for growth.
