Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in New Jersey to support our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You’ll help keep Rivian vehicles ready for delivery, assist with PDI tasks, and learn hands-on through TRAIL and RLN training.

This entry point offers growth toward Service Technician roles and cross-functional support across the site. You’ll work a flexible 40-hour week, may include weekends/holidays, and engage with customers and internal partners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair or related field preferred.
• Desire to learn and hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle intake, inspection, and readiness.
• Support technicians with PDI tasks and Express Lane work.
• Participate in TRAIL program and RLN modules for career growth.
