Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist as a critical part of the Rivian Service team during peak seasonal periods to provide seamless care that keeps owners focused on their adventure and Rivians ready for the journey ahead.

This entry point offers hands-on learning focused on preparing you for a future as a Service Technician, including the TRAIL program, mentorship, RLN modules, and a path into a long-term service career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous technical experience or adjacent technical industry preferred.
• Desire to learn and hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work a flexible 40-hour week including weekends/holidays; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Site Operations: receive, inspect, process incoming vehicle inventory; wash, detail, and charge to readiness; manage vehicle logistics; maintain a safe, organized service center per 5S.
• Service Production Support: assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks; learn to use basic hand and power tools under supervision; maintain tool readiness.
• Training & Career Development: participate in TRAIL program; receive mentorship and on-the-job training; complete RLN modules; explore path to Service Technician; provide cross-functional support.
