Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasons. You will help with vehicle intake, prep, and basic tasks to keep Rivian vehicles ready for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work with hands; good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Wash, detail, and charge vehicles to ensure delivery readiness.
• Manage vehicle logistics: lot organization, shuttling, key control.
• Maintain a clean, safe service center per 5S principles.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs focusing on PDI tasks.
• Learn to use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Participate in TRAIL program and RLN modules; pursue growth into Service Technician role.
