Job summary

Rivian Automotive is hiring an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help ensure Rivian vehicles are ready for delivery, assist with basic repairs, and gain hands-on experience toward a Service Technician role.

This onsite position at 9309 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC offers training through the TRAIL program and RLN modules, with opportunities to advance within Rivian’s service network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous technical experience preferred (e.g., automotive repair, maintenance, electrical).
• Strong willingness to learn and hands-on aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Site Operations: receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Service Production Support: assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs and pre-delivery inspection tasks.
• Training & Career Development: participate in the TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network to grow toward a Service Technician role.
