Rivian Automotive is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join our Service team. You will support vehicle intake, inspection, and readiness for delivery, while aiding technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.

This role is a hands-on entry point with clear pathways through the TRAIL program and RLN modules toward a Service Technician career, with a flexible schedule and on-site shifts at the Rivian facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in automotive repair or related field.
• Willing to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with no major suspensions in recent years.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain the quality and delivery readiness of vehicles through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Manage vehicle logistics, including lot organization, shuttling vehicles, and key management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center environment following 5S principles.
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs, focusing on PDI tasks and Express Lane work.
• Learn to safely use basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Participate in the TRAIL program and RLN modules for hands-on learning and growth.
• Provide cross-functional support to other areas of the business as needed.
