Job summary

Rivian seeks an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasons. You will be on the front lines, ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery and service, while supporting the team in high-volume periods.

This entry point emphasizes hands-on learning through the TRAIL program, formal RLN training, mentorship, and a clear pathway toward a future as a Rivian Service Technician.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to learn, adaptability, and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle intake: receive, inspect, and process inventory.
• Support vehicle readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Help with vehicle logistics and site operations, including 5S compliance.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Participate in TRAIL program and receive on-the-job training for future Service Technician roles.
