Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Territory Business Manager to represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will build relationships with doctors and nurses on site, promote hemostats and tissue products, and act as the face of Baxter in your geography.

You will travel to customer sites and engage surgical teams to support patient outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent OR 8+ years OR operating room sales) with 3+ years of territory experience, strong communication, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare sales.
• Experience leading a large territory and hospital-based selling in the operating room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label surgical procedures and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative information, and demonstrations.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and build trust and respect.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and supply chain teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback to marketing for program development and pricing changes.
