Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Field Sales Performance Manager to lead advanced surgery sales talent, coach teams, and drive performance across the field. You will partner with leadership to deliver training and shape the sales workforce, with significant travel involved.

You will engage with doctors and nurses, coach new hires, and develop content to improve commercial selling skills and product knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
• Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education programs.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota of new hires in area; build trust and influence across the field.
• Coach and mentor sales reps through 1:1 calls, field rides, and reviews.
• Mentor new hires and teach Commercial Selling Skills, Customer Knowledge, and Product Knowledge.
• Create new educational content and experiences for sales roles.
• Deliver training with internal groups and coordinate across regions.
