Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for its Advanced Surgery division. You will lead sales talent, coach reps, and deliver education to elevate clinical and commercial capability across the field.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant OR hospital sales experience, strong coaching skills, and availability for extensive travel. You will partner with senior leaders to shape training and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and coaching or mentoring peers.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time across multiple states.
• Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education program creation.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams across the field to drive adoption of selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and reps through direct supervision and field activities.
• Mentor new hires and deliver training across the organization.
• Create educational content to accelerate development of sales reps.
