Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for the Advanced Surgery division. You will represent the portfolio to surgeons and nurses, building trust and delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, development of sales talent, and collaboration with Area VP and Global Training teams. Travel up to 50%, and a competitive compensation package with SIP.

Qualifications

• Hachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and coaching or mentoring peers.
• Ability to travel 50% across multiple states and locations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams in area to drive adoption of selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and sales reps through 1:1 calls, field rides, and business reviews.
• Develop and deliver training focusing on Commercial Selling Skills, Customer Knowledge, and Product Knowledge.
• Create new educational content and experiences to accelerate sales talent.
• Deliver training for all sales roles and participate in regional/national meetings.
