Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for its Advanced Surgery division. You will lead on-site sales education, develop clinical and commercial capabilities, and mentor field teams across regions.

A strong emphasis on coaching, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration drives talent development and market impact. You’ll partner with senior leaders to design and deliver training, manage recruitment ramp, and support doctors and nurses with Baxter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience in hospital-based selling in the OR and coaching/mentoring peers is required.
• Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota attainment for new hires in area and influence field adoption of selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and sales reps through supervision, calls, field rides, and business reviews.
• Develop educational content and experiences to accelerate skill development for tenured and new reps.
• Deliver training across sales roles and coordinate with leadership to plan and execute programs.
• Facilitate regional/national sales meetings and support new product training.
