The role focuses on administrative patient care, access, scheduling, and data collection across multiple clinical teams. The incumbent will coordinate appointments, collect demographics and insurance details, and provide courteous service to Veterans and families in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required; non-citizens may be considered per VA policy.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Experience: None to start; position requires qualification standards to be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to clinicians and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and diagnostic testing for diverse clinical services.
• Handle incoming calls, determine requests, and provide information per privacy rules.
• Prepare reports and present data to various organizational levels; resolve patient concerns.
