Responsibilities

• Advise users on computer use and provide advanced solutions.
• Provide routine and advanced software and hardware support services.
• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Analyze, develop, and test systems and procedures.
• Handle on-site or telephone service calls for problem solving.
• Prepare training materials and conduct staff or student training sessions.
• Research and recommend computer products and trends for planning and purchases.
• Support supervisor with staff reports and correspondence.
• Install and maintain computer networks.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
