Qualifications

• Bachelors in CS/MIS/IT or related field and 1 year of related full-time experience or 5 years combined education/experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac systems in a work environment.
• Familiarity with network domain environments and IT policy development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT staff to meet department needs and follow IT procedures.
• Log into phone system and be ready to receive calls; ensure prompt responses.
• Assist in development of IT policies, procedures, and service goals.
