Job summary

Addison Group in Chicago is seeking an experienced HRIS Integration Specialist to support ADP implementations, acquisitions, and HRIS integrations.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to ensure accurate employee data, organizational structures, and smooth data migration during acquisitions. This role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days and opportunities to lead high-impact HR tech projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP experience required.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations and acquisitions is required.
• Strong understanding of HRIS data structures and employee data management.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, auditing, and validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot HRIS issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support ADP implementation and integration projects across multiple business initiatives.
• Assist with transitioning employees from acquisitions into the ADP environment.
• Build and maintain organizational structures, departments, locations, employee groups, and other system configurations.
• Coordinate employee data conversion, mapping, system setup, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to configure HRIS requirements.
• Investigate and resolve HRIS data/workflow issues.
• Participate in system testing and QA before production changes.
• Audit employee and organizational information to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with internal teams and external ADP contacts throughout implementation.
• Provide ongoing assistance with ADP enhancements and HRIS projects.
