Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established professional organization to identify a Human Resources Specialist to join its HR team. This hands-on role provides broad support across recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, employee programs, performance management, compliance, and engagement.

The successful candidate will manage HR processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate programs, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with employees, managers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and HR systems.
• Experience with an HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting processes for assigned positions and maintain recruiting records.
• Assist with onboarding tasks, new-hire activities, and orientation logistics.
• Support HRIS administration, data maintenance, and reporting.
• Assist with performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee information and HR documentation.
