You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to ensure accurate employee data, organizational structures, and smooth data migration during acquisitions. This role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days and opportunities to lead high-impact HR tech projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve HRIS data/workflow issues.
• Participate in system testing and QA before production changes.
• Audit employee and organizational information to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with internal teams and external ADP contacts throughout implementation.
• Provide ongoing assistance with ADP enhancements and HRIS projects.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Hybrid schedule with flexibility; 2 to 3 days typically on site, rest remote

Job Description:

The HRIS Integration Specialist will provide hands-on support for ADP implementations, system enhancements, and the integration of employees resulting from recent acquisitions. This position will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business partners to ensure employee data and organizational structures are accurately transitioned and maintained within ADP.

The ideal candidate has strong ADP expertise and previous experience supporting HRIS implementations, acquisitions, or other complex system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ADP implementation and integration projects across multiple business initiatives.
• Assist with transitioning employees from two recent acquisitions into the company's ADP environment.
• Build and maintain organizational structures, departments, locations, employee groups, and other system configurations.
• Coordinate employee data conversion, mapping, system setup, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and additional stakeholders to ensure HRIS requirements are properly configured.
• Investigate and resolve system issues involving data, workflows, integrations, and configuration.
• Participate in system testing and quality checks before changes are moved into production.
• Audit employee and organizational information to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Partner with internal teams and external ADP contacts throughout implementation and integration activities.
• Provide ongoing assistance with ADP enhancements, updates, and special HRIS projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on experience working with ADP is required.
• Prior experience supporting HRIS implementations and acquisition integrations is required.
• Strong understanding of HRIS data structures, system configuration, and employee data management.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, auditing, and validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot HRIS issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable partnering across HR, Payroll, IT, and other business functions.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a project-focused environment.
