Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a campus admissions professional in Phoenix to respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide prospective students from interest to enrollment.

You will make outbound calls, schedule interviews, document activities in Nexus/CampusVue, and work with a supportive team to grow our healthcare programs.

Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service or sales, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (admissions preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or SIS (Nexus/CampusVue a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Conduct consultative interviews in person or virtually.
• Follow up to answer questions and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
