Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks an admissions sales specialist for our campus admissions team. You will respond to inquiries, perform 100–150 outbound calls daily, and schedule admissions interviews to guide prospective students through programs and career pathways.

You will conduct in-person or virtual interviews, document all contacts in Nexus/CampusVue, and help students overcome barriers to enrollment. Prior admissions or higher-education sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Experience using CRM or student information systems preferred.

What you’ll do:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.

Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.

Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.

Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are:

Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
