Job summary

Unitek College in Utah is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from interest to enrollment. You will respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and present program options, career paths, and outcomes.

You’ll document all contacts in Nexus/CampusVue and maintain a high-volume outreach cadence. Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service or sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong presentation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
