Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks an Admissions Specialist to engage with prospective students, answer inquiries, and guide applicants toward enrollment across our healthcare education programs. You will conduct interviews, present program options, and help students navigate admissions, while documenting activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calling, strong communication, and a client-focused sales approach to support community healthcare education goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

What you’ll do:

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
